Thyme – Red essential oil is used in aromatherapy to help relieve cold and cough as well as a nerve tonic.

Direction: Topical (Adults): Mix 2 to 4 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vegetal oil; apply to the affected area 3 times a day. Inhalation Add 4 to 12 drops in a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly during 5-10 minutes.
