Our liquid developer activates the pigments in our brow stains, ensuring deeper, richer color that penetrates both hair and skin for a fuller, more defined look. Its liquid consistency allows for easy mixing and precise application.
For the best results, we recommend using with our Stonhart Hybrid Brow Stains. Not recommended for use on lashes.
