• Start with a clean slate. Before your base coat, apply this protein-rich nail cleanser. The fast-evaporating formula removes dirt, oil and residue from nails, resulting in a longer lasting manicure.  Hold dropper two inches above nail and gently squeeze a tiny drop on each nail. Once evaporated, follow with a base coat. Recommended for use after CUTICLE REMOVER and CUTICLE OIL.
