By following these simple steps, you can create an aromatic and personalized reed diffuser to enjoy.

Materials Needed:

1. Natra Reed Diffuser Base: This is the primary carrier liquid for your reed diffuser.

2. Essential Oils or Fragrance Oils: Choose your preferred scent from our hundreds of amazing oils.

3. Glass Reed Diffuser Bottle: A small, narrow-necked bottle to hold the mixture. 

4. Reed Sticks: These are the diffusing medium.Our premium quality natural reeds provide your reed diffusers with optimal scent throw.

5. Equipment & Tools: Measuring cup, pipettes, whisk, and scale are all great equipment for helping make your reed diffusers at home with ease.

 Steps:

1. Choose Your Bottle:

   – Select a glass bottle with a narrow neck. This helps reduce the rate of evaporation and extends the life of your diffuser.  At Voyageur, we have a wonderful selection of premium glass reed diffuser bottles.

2. Measure the Natra Reed Diffuser Base:

– Weigh or measure out and pour the desired amount of Natra Reed Diffuser Base into a measuring cup. A common ratio is about 75-85% Natra Reed Diffuser Base to 15-25% fragrance or essential oil.

3. Add Essential or Fragrance Oils:

   – Add your chosen essential oils or fragrance oils to the Natra Reed Diffuser Base. A common ratio is about 20-25% fragrance/essential oil to 75-80% Natra Reed Diffuser Base.

   – Adjust the amount of scent depending on the strength of the fragrance or essential oil and yourpersonal preference.  Experiment with different combinations of essential oils and fragrance oils to create your own unique scent.

4. Mix the Solution:

   – Stir the mixture gently to ensure the fragrance or essential oil is evenly distributed throughout the Natra Reed Diffuser Base.

5. Insert the Reeds:

   – Place the reed sticks into the bottle. Let them soak for a few minutes, then flip them over sothe saturated ends are in the air. This helps start the diffusion process.

6. Position Your Diffuser:

   – Place your reed diffuser in your desired location. A spot with good air circulation will help spread the fragrance more effectively.

7. Maintenance:

   – Flip the reeds occasionally to refresh the scent.If the fragrance starts to fade, add more essential or fragrance oil to the mixture.

Safety:

– Keep the diffuser out of reach of children and pets.

– Ensure the diffuser is placed on a stable surface to avoid spills.
